The industrial methane (CH4) gas sensor has three major characteristics: high stability (dual-beam design), high signal-to-noise ratio, and a long service life of over 10 years. It is especially suitable for industrial process control as well as environmental and safety monitoring to achieve fast and reliable methane and combustible gas concentration detection and leak monitoring. Different measurement ranges (e.g., 0 to 5% Vol. / 0 to 100% LEL, 0 to 10% Vol., or 0 to 100% Vol.) and output versions can be customized according to customer requirements. This sensor can also be applied to refrigerant (R32/R1234yf) leak detection and combustible gas leak detection.
